Rough-ins — Run plumbing, electrical wiring, and any other services inside the walls and ceilings.

Wall finishes — Plaster or drywall and prepare surfaces.

Interior finishes — Complete tiling, flooring, painting, cabinets, doors, and trim.

Fixtures and final connections — Install items such as sinks, toilets, lights, switches, and appliances.

External works — Finish driveways, paths, drainage, landscaping, and boundary works.

Inspections, corrections, and handover — Complete required inspections, fix outstanding items, test systems, and hand over the home.
